The great varieties in this complex Australian blend with a mounted in open tanks with the plunging of the skins by hand. The oak maturation the resulting wine shows a ripe fragrant bouquet, dark berries, a rich palate with fine tannins and a mocha finish.
Hand-picked and estate-grown, this is a fine example of a Canberra district Shiraz. Showing red fruit characters with subtle white pepper and gentle spice, welcome to a simple yet sophisticated Shiraz.
A big taste sensation. This beauty displays red apple and kaffir lime leaf on the bouquet, whilst Green apple and fresh pear intermingle on the palate. A great example from the Griffith region.
The ripe dark berries, developed over a long ripening season, typical of Cabernet. Supple, juicy tannins with restrained use of oak make this wine great to drink now but will also develop nicely over time.
The bouquet is elegant and floral with hints of lemon and lime. The palate combine citrus, apple and clean minerality
Deliciously fresh and floral on the nose. Notes of white peach and nectarine fill the senses whilst finishing with subtle vanillan notes.
Enjoy the taste of black plums and notes of dark chocolate, quintessential of Durif, matched with a well rounded palate of soft oak tannins.
