A very special offer to our valued customers - a case of the magnificent 2008 Aureus, a delicious blend of Viognier and Chardonnay with complex stonefruit flavours enhanced by the rich textures of barrel fermentation.
Barrel fermented Chardonnay aged 5 months on lees has been blended with Viognier to give a wine of complexity and finesse with a floral and spicy bouquet and the flavour of stone fruits on a long and richly textured palate. It is a great accompaniment to richer dishes of seafood, poultry and pork.
